Information on online dispute resolution / the European Commission’s ODR platform:
In the first quarter of 2016, the European Commission will launch an online platform for the resolution of disputes (known as the ‘ODR platform’). The ODR platform is intended to serve as a point of contact for the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts.
